Created in Paris in 1932 and located in Chârost (Cher) – in the very heart of France – since 1960, TECALEMIT TUBES is a major precision metallic tube supplier to the most demanding markets, such as the aerospace, nuclear and medical industries.

SANDVIK PRECITUBE becomes TECALEMIT TUBES.

As of June 1rst 2021, SANDVIK MATERIALS TECHNOLOGY FRANCE DIVISION PRECITUBE (Chârost, Cher) is part of the TECALEMIT AEROSPACE group (Chaponost, Rhône), specializing in the manufacturing of flexible and rigid pipes, and is renamed TECALEMIT TUBES. This acquisition was achieved by TECALEMIT AEROSPACE in order to further complete the vertical integration of their manufacturing processes, and also in order to develop their business towards new products (tubes) and new markets (nuclear, medical, etc.). Furthermore, thanks to the support of an ambitious family owned group, this takeover gives to TECALEMIT TUBES the opportunity to further refine and extend their product and service portfolio through a close cooperation with the other group facilities that have been long-time customers of the Chârost site.
